How it works
The recap email goes out Monday. The photos do not. People are in transit, on a different Slack workspace, or unsure which shots are 'official.' A QR at badge pickup and on the closing slide collects while the event is still happening. Your team downloads originals once instead of assembling a folder from 11 DMs.
Guests never install an app, so you are not asking anyone to sideload software onto a managed device. Optional passwords keep an offsite gallery off the public internet. For conferences and multi-day programs, talk to us about a custom plan rather than stretching a birthday-sized event.

No. They scan, type a name, and upload. That is the point for mixed contractor / employee / guest lists where you cannot require a company login.
Event galleries are not listed in the public sitemap, and you can add a password. Treat the link like any other internal doc: share it with attendees, not the wider web.
