How it works
Table cards do the most work — guests sit down, see the code, and upload the photos already on their camera roll. Add it to the welcome sign and the bar so people who skip the tables still find it. A small card in the bathrooms catches the late-night candids nobody remembers to send. You do not need a sign at every seat; you need the code in the places people pause.
Your photographer still owns the formals, the ceremony, and the portraits you paid for. Moments is for the rest of the room: the getting-ready chaos, the table candids, the dance floor from angles the photographer cannot stand in. After the wedding you download one ZIP of guest originals and keep it beside the professional gallery. They are not competing jobs.

Most phone cameras open a QR without an extra app. Guests land in the browser, type a name, and pick photos. There is nothing to install and no account to create, which is usually the part that loses grandparents.
Yes. Every event has an unguessable link, and you can add a password so only people you invite can view or upload. The gallery is not a public search result.
Guests upload the originals from their phone. You download those same files in a ZIP — not a compressed social-app version. That is the difference from a WhatsApp group or a Google Photos share that has been through a few re-exports.
Paid events are one-time, starting at $5 for smaller guest lists, with the price following expected headcount. There is no monthly subscription. Larger weddings and multi-day celebrations can get a custom plan.
